What a fun night for the net splats. We are sill waiting a response from the euro hub host to see what might have caused the exact reason of downtime. No user servers were affected during this little outage, however every server connected to that particular hub split off and became orphaned onto their own server for the time being. Later, when we tried to connect in the UK server into our US hub it caused quite the fun spam fest in much to all of our channels on the network. As services were having connection issues with the UK server seeing it as a "non-leaf" server. All of the issues since then have been fixed and everything is back into normal operations. On the lighter side, we have reset IdleRPG in the #idleRPG irc channel. All user accounts remained, however they were all reset back to zero. Lastly, would like to mention that towards the end of this month we will be performing services maintenance / upgrades to ChanServ and NickServ. As these updates will be fixing a few bugs and adding some new features. And as always, Thanks for using SGWirc!
